Tasting Notes "The Drunken Ox Ale is 4.0abv, it is a pale ale and brewed with a single pale malt of Marris Otter. It is hopped with the following: - first bittering hops are UK Pioneer giving lemon and grapefruit citrus notes, second hopped with USA simcoe which is full flavoured and aroma hopped with USA cascade. End product should have a good level of refreshing bitterness, clean and complex with a full depth of flavour and will have a good citrus nose."
